Summary

Matthew 16:18. In this series, “Jesus and His Church”, we’re going to look at different subjects related to the church. The first thing we want to examine is to see who owns the church. To whom does it belong? Why is this important for us to know? Because Jesus died on the cross for our sins, and he purchased the church with his own blood that he shed on the cross. And for that reason, we need to be sure to be in the church that Jesus owns. The one that is his, not a church that someone else started, but the one Jesus built.
